Founded in 1966 in the heart of Montreal, Formax Plastics humbly began its journey in the plastic manufacturing industry. For several years, the company thrived within the Quebec metropolis, earning a reputation for its quality and commitment to excellence.

In the late 1980s, Formax Plastics took a significant step by relocating its headquarters to Alexandria, Ontario. This strategic move provided the company with modern production facilities and expanded infrastructure, strengthening its ability to meet the growing needs of its clientele.

However, Formax Plastics' history was marked by a pivotal moment on August 21, 2015, when Jean Philippe St-Pierre and Nicolas Mayrand acquired the company. Bearing a bold vision for the future of Formax Plastics, they infused new energy into the company and reinforced its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service.

Under the leadership of Jean Philippe and Nicolas, Formax Plastics continued to evolve and distinguish itself in the plastic manufacturing sector.
